To Quit or not to Quit

Well, job is still interesting but it's getting out of hand... Every now and then, I will hear my seniors, my team leader and even my manager telling about Sales, sales and more SALES!!!! Please.... It's not liked I don't wanna make any sales, people I meet are just not interested, what can I do. I can't hold a gun in my hand and force people right?!?! I want people to buy willingly and they are really interested abt e personal training, this is what I think and I'm still working this way. I don't care about e sales but sometimes I think about e time I spent there... Is it really value for money or value for passion? It got me thinking....
