Hoho.... Leaving for Taiwan in the next morning 2.30am, just can not wait for the moment to come. Will be going for about 3 weeks, will miss Singapore very much. But I guess I will miss my family and also my dearest sister, Zi Ting, must remember to take care of yourself!!! Be back on the 19th, so can call me after that because I will not be bringing my phone over.

Been an exciting week for me, went Chinablack on Fri with my buddies in OCS. It was hell of fun with them around and it was the first time clubbing with them. Hope will continue this kind outing more often. Watched Star Wars and Madagascar with Ting at PS, these 2 movies rocks. Yoyo, I am back~ Long weekend for whole of Charlie Wing as we booked out on Thur night... Very excited and also looking forward for the Taiwan trip as it is the first time going overseas and also taking a plane. Yes, you did not heard me wrong, first time taking a plane!!!! Haha... Hmm, I wonder how it is like to be on a plane... Just can not wait for the trip. *Winkz* As I am blogging now, my gang of buddies in OCS are planning a night's out at Chinablack today, not all will come as they got something on the next day and also their girlfriends, but hopefully the turn out will be good. And another thing, I bought my very FIRST Levi jeans last week, yes the very first pair so I hope there will be more to come! Hahaha....

Aside from the fun and the excitement, something very unpresent happened in camp. The situation is as follows: On Wed night, we had our Happy Hour before we Taiwan, we were all enjoying the night, drinking few cups of Tigers, some even drank more than 5. But when we went back, we were told to drink one full water-bottle which one or two could not take it and puke. Next morning, we were further lectured on why we did not control our drinking as we were going to have a 6km run this noon, and added that the duty instructor had given orders that we were limited to only one cup of beer.

But the actual night itself, there was no information on how many cups we could drink but only warnings of not to over-drink and also not to get drunk. And the instructors were obviously not very happy about it and brought out the TSR (Training Safety Regulation) to further scold us with proofs. Those who drank 5 cups and more and the appointment holders were punished badly, they did head rotation and push-ups repeatedly. The reason they gave was not convincing to us, and obviously there was a communication breakdown as we were not informed of the limit of drinks we could have. In the end, they were given 3 confinements each for not obeying instructions. Our platoon was the most unhappiest, our instructor came up and we had a sharing session, we told him our point of view and sounded out our feelings.

In the noon, there was another session by the other instructors as they want to tell us the reasons. And we could tell that they have been lectured by our Wing Commander but we wanted to hear what they say. The same thing repeats itself, they want to maintain their stand and also their bloody own "faces" They insist that they did set the number of cups we could have and also we should not drink at all as we had a run this noon. As we thought this session was a sharing one, some of us tried to reason back but obviously they did not wish to listen to us and insisted their ground. The session had failed in its objective and although the punishments became lighter, the worst has yet to come. During the night when our platoon booked out, our CWC (Cadet Wing Commander) told us that instructors from now on, will not give any chance for mistakes and also will stick strictly to the TSR because we had been very rude to them during the session.

As we prepared to go Taiwan, we should be very happy and excited but after this incident, I guess the whole wing's morale is going down. Our view on this issue, there was obviously a communication breakdown thus it should not be anyone's fault, it should had been a lesson learnt but it was not taken that way. Instructors should have make sure and pass the information to us even before the Happy Hour, and if there is a run next day, the organiser should arrange the Happy Hour after the run as it was being held on 2 days. What has happened is not being handled very well, and what done cannot be undone. I wondered how we are going to go through the remaining weeks in OCS.................

Woo, finally back to blog~ I'll be leaving for Taiwan for my overseas training in a week's time, so if you people want to ask me out, please be early!!! First come first serve. Hee! It has been quite a week, having my Wing's Amazing Race and clubbing again. So damn tired.....

The race started at Fri 0130 hours, it was the most tiring of all as most of the people walked but for my "Garang" section, we were running all the way whenever possible. The start point was our Wingline then to Lim Chu Kang area, back to Jurong West, Bukit Batok, Bukit Timah to have our breakfest and down to Botanic Gardens. Took bus to Kallang to row a boat, then headed to Tanjong Rhu Flyover and started to run from one end of East Coast to the other, lucky we could ride bicycles during the mid-point and raced to the ending point. The race was very shagged for us and especially my platoon as basically, only my platoon took this race seriously and competitively.

The champion was my section, Section 1 then follow by Section 2 and 3. I guessed our whole platoon were too "garang", the rest had no chance at all. When reaching the checkpoints of the area, we were tasked to do a lot of things liked Use only the mouth to take the key from a box of creepy worms, well done Joseph. Fix a puzzle in 10 minutes, Threw more than 100 times of basketball, rowed a boat, the most dfifficult game was that all of us must head the soccer ball for continuously 2 times, duration was 30 minutes and we finally did it in the 27th minute and we were the only team who did it. Wee... Then we had to cycle to the other end of the Park to film those Bollywood movies and finally the end. The most exciting part was the Lim Chu Kang area as you people know what is there right. We actually bashed into the place and had to even climbed fences, my buddy Arnon torn his bermudas there. Haha!!!! Wanted to club that very night but was too tired to do so.

Sat, head to town to meet Kenneth, ate at our favourite restaurant at Far East, Esteller. I also bought a pair of Levi jeans, my very first pair. Lolz~ Meet a few friends at the shop too, Kim Yang and also Cheryl, a sweet angel I must said, never really changed much but more prettier I guess. After shopping, met up with CS who is in Arty now, my OCS friends Jason. Razee, Deming, Zhi Zhong and Kok Leong at Taka, had a drink and some small bites before rushing back home to changed as I nearly forgotten my friend's birthday party that night. Met up with Kenny and SW to go to Shu Fen house and saw quite a few Poly friends, Maisie (Mei nu), Jac, Shunjie, Wailun, Sean, Eunice, Mingyao and peeps. Finally, rushed down to Black to meet up with Ziting, Shuling and Peter. It was very very fun that night, I disturbed 3 girls standing at the bar counter as my friend's gf found a bacelet so I approached the girls standing there and to my surprise it really belong to one of them, then chatted on further to find out that they were 24. Lolz.... Guess I better stick to my dancing, hahahaha!!!

Sun, bought Kenzo Flower for Huimin birthday at Bishan and if you peeps want to buy DKNY perfumes please do not go there because none of the shops have this brand. Keke!!! Headed to the part around 7pm but I was too early, only know the birthday girl there and the rest were liked strangers to me, sit and watched the TV until my friend came. This is actually a small world, wherever you go, you may just know someone who is actually your friend's neighbour and even campmates. Got to prepare my stuffs for my oversea trip... Byez~

Fianlly my RP days are over.... But not everything is over.... These few weeks been treated quite badly in camp, all sorts of craps!!! We are now in Pro Term which we should have more role-play among oursleves but how to do it when instructors keep stepping in and ruinning our peace... Just came back from a series of field camp, very tired but still got energy to go club! Haha...

Last week we had a JC visit to OCs on Fri, was quite interesting and relaxing as we get to talk to students about life in the army. But mostly I just stood around as there were already people guiding them along the camp. Booked out on Sat noon straight away as I don't even want to stay a minute more in camp, but the time short as we all know that we will be mobilize on the coming Sun around 1pm to go back to camp. True as it is, we had to rush back to camp in 2 hours' time to prepare our upcoming field camps.
